It should be reduction, and the picture should have the arrow the other way around with an oxidizing agent. I used this one and "finished" it after 16 months. My recommendation is to learn the IPA symbols (and french sounds). Practice the pronunciations as well as definitions. The one you make yourself! It's too time consuming to make cards. Much useful for the point where I am to just get one chunky deck of 5k-10k cards.

However, if you insist on using the older decks, then you should know that u/Premed95 < u/Cubene's P/S Anki deck < u/jacksparrow2048's Anki deck. Each improved upon the previous! They're all based on the Khan Academy 300-pg resource. Premed95's is outdated, Cubene's is only for P/S, and jacksparrow2048's covers all subjects.
