Hey there, I recently canceled vacation hold earlier than I was planning, and my account for whatever reason refuses to drop this vacation hold - it has been more than 4 days since I cancelled my vacation hold, have had two customer service reps attempt to cancel it and fail, as well as a technician come by, replace my modem and coax connector, and still be unsuccessful in resolving this issue.
