The aftermarket is unlikely to come out with many accessories for PT945's and Taurus has discontinued production in favor of the new PT845. What PT945's are out there are all there will be. I carried that PT945 for quite a few years. Unfortunately, I got the bug for a .45 24/7 OSS, and due to finances, had to trade my PT945 in on it.

PT940 is a good gun. There is one small issue that you should be aware of. On the right side of the gun just above the grip is the trigger bar. On top of the trigger bar rides the trigger bar spring in a narrow grove.
