If you really want Stuy put Stiy first and if you really want Tech put Tech first. There is a nuance though that historically the Stuy cutoff is much larger than the Tech cutoff.But when you think about it studying for the shsat could help you in the long run, for example it could teach you good methods to study for other test and you could've learned different ways to do math problems or easier ways to understand ela passages.And even if you don't get in there is many non specialized schools that are great. 1.
