1 post · Joined 2020. #1 · Jul 14, 2020. I have a 2008 Accord EX and both right and left turn signals blink fast. They are not LED bulbs and all four bulbs do work and are not burnt out. When I turn on the hazzards they blink at a normal speed. I tried looking for the relay to see if that could be the problem, but there isnt one on the 8th gen.
