Hello All, i need some help with a leaky valve cover on my 2012 Cruze LT. I replaced my valve cover back in May due to a bad PCV valve. About a couple months later the drive belt broke and the car overheated. I noticed that the left side of the engine was leaking oil. The alternator and a/c pump was covered in oil.

I purchased the part and put it on and the light went away a long with the spark knock.That said, I was afraid that was too much and backed off to around 55. I did it in stages and started at 31 inch-pounds all the way around, then stepped up to 55. Torquing those skinny little bolts, I felt I was about to strip something, and opted not to step up to 71.
