IMO, the COMSAE's are a total waste of $50. I've seen (anecdotal) reports of people who got 100+ points higher on the real deal than the COMSAE they took right before the exam. Unless someone's forcing you to take the practice test, I'd just stick with Comquest. And in my case i scored like 100 points LOWER on my actual comlex vs comsae.COMSAE Level 2 BSA 111. Hi! TLDR; between the 2 comsaes I have taken, they are very variable and specific to certain topics.
