You can totally use a premade deck (boaras is significantly better than mile down. Pick one and use just that) but just be prepared for anki sessions after UWorld.

From a psych perspective it was good practice but for me I felt I had the content down and wasn't super necessary for psych content. Miledown gives you a solid base to work from without overwhelming you with loads of cards like some of the other decks out there. I'd recommend MD for P/S but supplement with Uearth. When reviewing Uearth questions, make cards for things you don't know. Anking/Milesdown, 300pg doc, and Upooh is solid for a 132 in P/S.It also makes you recall information in a way intuitive to how you would for the mcat. Most of my discretes felt like redoing miledown cards. The jack sparrow deck might be more comprehensive but it feels like it defeats the purpose of anki by being a literal textbook to memorize and i couldn't fathom it. Mcat is a mile wide inch deep.I think the common advice is to suspend all cards, and then un-suspend as you go through the respective chapter.
