Rubico technically has better stats with the crit damage combo, but Vectis is fully competitive with Charged/Primed Chamber making up the difference. So the main thing is the style of using it - 6 shots then reload, like most guns (rubico), or 1 shot then 1 shot then 1 shot like a a steady stream of action (vectis).Rubico Prime is much better even VS a godroll Chakkhurr riven. Get a mech. Necramechs are much stronger than any primary. If you're specifically Eidolon hunting, go for an Electric Chakkhurr since you can make Radiation with that. Though, if I remember correctly, I think Voidrig Necramechs are currently the meta for Eidolon hunting.

Rubico Prime is a precision rifle, it doesn't need fire rate bonus. What it needs is more damage. And don't listen to this. The -dmg that vile acceleration applies is extremely insignificant and the extra fire rate helps you build the sniper combo faster, resulting in more damage overall.
