Update 9/17: Pittsylvania County Sheriff's Office Investigator Rick Baxter this afternoon exclusively showed the Star-Tribune the exact location where Raleigh and Pittsylvania Police together found the body of William "Andy" Banks. Baxter and his team found the body at 3800 Irish Road in Chatham. The remains were found laying in the tall grass.The building is still under construction with exterior walls were going up and, as yet, no interior work being done. The original completion time was slated for the first quarter of 2022. “The original start date got delayed, mostly due to the COVID issues at the time, but the construction has been mostly on track since it started,” West said.
