The battery, alternator, starter, start relay, ignition and all fuses or relays are all fine and work. When I turn the key all the electronics work but it doesn't crank or even make a sound.

When try to start i can hear clicking sound but it won't start or crank. Starter good. The only way i can start it is when i jump the starter relay it will start. So im cluesless now.
Got the RAV4 fixed and it was the battery. The dealership gave me a Toyota Premium COPBS-8424F battery to replace the original one and they look different. Come to think that I might have seen a tell tale sign of the battery dying last winter, when there were couple of instances that the car would crank hard to start in some not too cold mornings.Turn the car off as you normally do. Then, with the car in Park, as it should be when parked, and NOT pressing the brake, press the start button ONCE only. Then you have the car in accessory and you can use the radio. Press it once more (again NO brake) and you can use the windows and all the power accessories.To see if it's getting fuel, get a spray can of starting fluid, spray some into the intake while cranking it. If it starts and runs for a bit, you know it's not getting fuel. You will need either a test light or a meter to check that; connected the clip end of the test light or the black probe of the meter (set to DC voltage) to the negative terminal of the battery, just test the fuses in the fuse box with the key on. The fog lights draw way too much power and should only be connected directly to the battery. Eliminate the obvious and check the fuses again.

Why dont you try a few tests: Test 1. Turn the engine off, remove gas cap, replace gas cap. Turn engine on, note what happens. Test 2. Next time you go to the gas station, don't fill up all the way, fill to up to 75% or so, turn engine on, what happens>. Test 3. Fill up 100% and start car, note what happens.

It provides the timing for the spark ignition and these when starting to fail will cause the symptoms described.
