IMO its worth the additional cost. Around 80gr or BH209 will get pretty close to 100gr of Goex depending on bullet weight. As the bullet weight increases the performance gains become more noticeable. If i was going to buy 1 powder for both a sidelock and an inline it would be Swiss or Olde Eynsford.

There website claims, in bold red letters that this will work for breach plugs measuring 5/8". Measuring with a calipers, mine measure's .614" vs .625" = 5/8".

I use a 250g Barnes T-EZ over that charge and ignite it with a Federal 209A primer. Those are the hottest primers on the market and you want to use HOT primers with BH209.
