Jun 4, 2017 · Today my Samsung dryer also 18 months old has done the same. I'm attempting to fix it myself because I cannot afford a new one. Dryer runs for 1-2 minutes then the timer suddenly drops to 1 minute from 57 and goes into cooling mode and shuts off.
