The resolutions listed in yuzu/ryujinx are specifically referring to the expected output resolution of the Switch (720p for handheld, 1080p for docked) but the games are still going to run at the native resolutions as they do on the switch (so a 900p game on switch with a 2x res scale will be 1800p with the docked mode).
