All my close friends who are breeders will absolutely not let a puppy go natural unless there's a medical issue preventing a puppy from being cropped. Furthermore, it is true that pups are still being graded at 8 to 9 weeks so that is another reason most have the entire litter cropped. There are rare instances that a good breeder will let a pup go uncropped but that is usually to a proven Dobe home, thus less chance of a dog coming back.
