Update: I think I know why our Minotaur's don't fight. It seems to be a Settlement-specific thing. I took my Minotaur out to another place and shot a Sentinel causing his buddies to show up and attack me. THEN my Minotaur fought them. Yes it is. There is only 1 AI core. And it also came with the new update. What you mean is proly the Hardframe. Thats just Modules that change the appearance of the Minotaur and add some stats. I just searched for it yesterday on the internet. But it seems that this is just a faulty description. It says that it helps you mining when you activate the AI, but it doesnt. Yes, the mechs help in some battles, not all of them. e.g. they won't help you defend your settlement vs those special sentinels.
