I was given access to UWorld midway into my Pediatrics rotation from my school and I completed ~50% of the questions. I wish I finished the questions but it was nearly impossible since I only had 1.5 weeks to finish the questions in time for the COMAT. I'm currently in Ob/Gyn and I find this material much more difficult than OMM and Peds.
