breinerd. The TPMS system on my 2007 Ody EX has not been working for well over 2 years. I thought it was just 1 bad sensor but turns out that all 4 were bad according to my trusted mechanic. I decided to put a piece of black electrical tape over the TPMS Warning Light and call it a repair.

After installation, the sensors were reading the pressure from all 4 tires correctly, but after driving for 30min plus, the tpms problem warning came on. The rest of us riff-raff who don't spring for top-of-the-line get to visit a dealership or a tire shop at every tire swap. 1) take it to a dealer or tire shop with special TPMS diagnosing equipment and have them tell you what's wrong and then pay to fix it. OR 2) just take a little gamble that it is indeed that one TPMS sensor and buy a new one and just take it to a tire shop to have them dismount your tire and install it.
