I was told to take out the black panel toward the rear of the mower for access. Yes the hrr216 was a problem with the rear wheels locking up and dragging even new in the showroom floor. The new (since 2019) honda hrn216 models are set up different in the rear. Literally they will roll forward or backwards on a 1 degree hill either way. No b.s. go to a dealer and check one out.
