I placed a doordash order over 2 hours ago, and it still says the restaurant is preparing it. I'm usually not bothered by longer wait times because I know it's often not up to the dasher, but they haven't answered any of my texts or communicated at all to begin with. The restaurant is now closed, and the GPS shows the dasher parked outside.
