Correct me if I'm wrong but I think bullets can only be loaded into a mag if the bullets come from inventory and not vicinity. Its not a major issue but I think it should work either way. Weird glitch. glad too know this is fixed! If it's equipped to your head and has a good battery in it , double tap Y "xbox"/ triangle "PS". You can use ur quick equip button and there should be a light toggle option if ubhave the lamp or nvg on ur head with a battery in it.
