I'm astonished to find that this headset only has 5 bars on the EQ settings. The lowest one doesn't even work properly (80 Hz tested with a sound generator). For me, the v2 fixed the excess clamping force issue from the original GPX headset, it used to cause me headaches, but now it is pretty comfortable, the swivel earcups helped a lot. Footsteps are clear, but gun firing sounds are way too loud. Also, the headset is very quiet at under 40 windows volume, basically silent, and has a dramatic volume ...
