I replaced the upper plenum at 39k miles due to the upper plenum leaking coolant into the LIM. Now at 139,00k it's leaking coolant again. I pulled the lower plenum and am changing the gaskets, cleaned the LIM. the mating faces on the LIM and head aren't pitted or corroded. When the lower gaskets failed, I saw some leaks around the area where it meets the heads. In addition to that I was losing coolant and would have to top off.
