The Cicero Kings were a predominately White street gang that originated in the late 1950's on the West Side of Chicago near Ohio Street and Cicero Avenue. The ethnic makeup of this gang was at first predominantly Italian-American and Irish-American however by the mid 1960's it turned mostly Southern Appalachian White.
