The hours are great. The work is not hard, but can be very physical. It's basically doing the same thing everyday. The pay for the work is very low. Lowe's would be lost without the MST"s. The "red vest" employees in my store mostly do nothing because so much has been turned over to the MST's, yet they make more $.
