Flashing orange, tried everything - help! We can't get the machine to work. Was cycling and started to flash orange stopped. Pressed reset and emptied the tray. Same problem. Tried turning on and off, reconnecting via the app etc Same problem. Won't let me reset it. Cleaned whole thing, checked internals -everything seems fine and clean.
Disconnect the bonnet. Gently flex the two front bonnet tabs outward and hold for about 20-30 seconds. Reattach the bonnet. There are four tabs total: two in the back, two on the sides. You should feel a secure snap and hear a "click" when placed back into the slot, and the bonnet should sit closer to the base.#1- make sure your firmware and app is up to date #2 - make sure your waste bags are clear colored. Best thing to do is to see if Whisker will warranty the DFI even if the LR3 is out of warranty. Worse case is $30 will be spent to get a replacement DFI.
