Volatile Flow does not proc Volatile Rounds for all void weapons. Maybe this is only for some but e.g Hero’s Burden with Repulsor Brace does NOT get volatile rounds while a regular Funnelweb does. Yeah I just don't bother with the fragment or the perk lol. Imo void overshield is nice but works best on titan for the 400% grenade Regen and imo volatile is nice but the buff on grenade kill is short and volatile doesn't make that much of a difference in damage/ad clear (it's not jolt), and also works best on titan for the team heal on proc.

The point of this wouldn't be to maintain the buff forever, but to extend the duration (like Geomags). Getting a rapid kill while the buff is active will add 10 seconds (can only proc once).
