Best weapon in the game! For a dex build you can't go wrong with the standard Rapier. Solid damage when upgraded, fast pokes, and extremely low stamina consumption make it really strong against tougher enemies and especially bosses. I'm using it currently with the Warped Sword and together they are devastating.

Lightning infusion on the Warped Sword seems to be the best if you use Ring of Blades +2, Flynn's Ring, Lightning Clutch Ring and of course Sacred Oath and Sunlight Blade (with 36 faith). Heide spear is a 100% loot on a heide knight in a cell righ before the lost sinner it has nice dex and ligthning scaling if you plan on investing in faith. Otherwise for dex builds, katanas are good.
