About this app. The Motive Driver App makes recording Hours of Service (HOS) on your Android phone or tablet fast and easy. It complies with the FMCSA regulations, including Part 395. When used with the Motive Vehicle Gateway device, the app helps fleets and individual commercial drivers meet their obligations outlined under the ELD mandate.Fleet App. 1.
