It has two ground flats on it, so an arm can be bolted to it, so a rod or a cable can be manipulated to select gears. Inside, the other end of the shaft looks much the same, except it has this:Adjusting Linkage on TH350. Problem is when Parked position, it is difficult moving out of Park and into Drive, or any other gear for that matter. Seems to be sticking somewhere, and I have to usse a lot of force to get it out of the Park position...once in Drive...it can move a little easier into the other gears.
