For me, CS 446, machine learning, was far and away the hardest course I've tried to take in my whole life. I haven't taken all classes here, and I haven't taken any 500 level classes, but 446 was about 80% grad students anyway. Workload was about 30 hours a week for the first 2 homeworks, the "easy and introductory/review" assignments.
