Cobb Great Hall. These seats sell cheaper for obstructed view. It is obstructed in that you cannot see some of the action in the rear of the stage and the right side, but your views of most of the plot action is amazing. You feel as if you can reach out and touch them.
San Jose Civic. felt a lot closer in person! Actually pretty close and a decent view as long as there's no one tall I front of you since the floor is not leveled. Good seats. Comfy with cup holders. These are not permanent seats so once people get to dancing it does move. Also I've sat in this section before with no issues but this time the seats in front of me were touching my knees (I'm 6ft).
