I stepped down from being RXOM last year. My DM tried to decrease my pay back to what I was making pre-RXOM (which was only 16.50) and wasn't considering the cap or that I was going to be a senior tech. I skipped straight from tech to RXOM though, I wasn't ever in the senior tech position first.
