Plugs. You can stick with the same plugs, or use the Champion brand (RV12Yc). I have used both, but found the Champion plug mor readily available. I suggest setting the gap at .030-.032. Always replace points and condensor, cap and rotor, when replacing plugs. Your point gap should be .018 on the points.

You can just use a pail of water to test the bilge pump just separate it from the base if secure to bottom of boat and submerge in the pail. There might be a float switch mounted in the bilge too. just move the flipper up when the bilge pump is in the pail. it depends on what model you have and if its automatic.
